Due to the lovely rain recently I’ve had John out for a leaking roof at the front where my chimney stack needed new leading a few weeks ago and then this week they came out straight away again to a leak on my back extension. New flat roof installed to perfection. Both repairs to a very high standard, service from John I cannot fault and the communication from him is second to none !
Both jobs dealt with within a week

Roof work completed within a week , including erection and dismantling of scaffolding! Excellent communication from both Johns , before, during and after completion of work. Roofers worked methodically with little disruption to the household and were courteous and tidy throughout. A good job well executed- neat as a pin ! Thanks

Four weeks after completing a flat roof waterproofing job it started to deteriorate. After six weeks of constant telephone calls requesting repairs be undertaken followed each time with promises to complete remedial works, the roofing continued to deteriorate. My telephone calls are now unanswered leading to the need to appoint a reliable roofer to do the necessary repairs.

Coopers are plainly a dedicated ‘family’ enterprise who pride themselves on a very personal approach ,with genuine attention to necessary detail .
After some unavoidable delays the works were effected in a timely manner ,,and with clear communication and good humour .
We’d not hesitate to go back or recommend .
